It has been a tough start to the season, with a heavy fixture schedule and with a difficult run of league matches having been played, football is a result driven game, but you also have to look at where we are as a club and look at the bigger picture when it comes to the long-term vision.
The route the club chose right at the beginning was one of growth and a shared vision both on and of the pitch on where the club needs to be heading, knowing that with a young management team and a change of direction within the club behind the scenes we would come across difficult moments, mistakes will be made and we will experience both highs and lows both on the pitch and off it.
We are in that moment, but it is important we stick together, together we make the difference, together we achieve as we look towards the bigger picture and we help drive the club forward in full voice and support, we have a talented squad and an equally talented management team.
We as a board are fully behind the team and are confident that we can start looking up the table rather than sit at the bottom and as disappointing Saturday was as a club we now need to start looking forward.
