With a difficult off season now behind us we all look forward to seeing what excitement the new season will bring.
The new home and away kit has finally landed, for which I would personally like to thank The Soccer Shop for their support in getting this over the line in time for the new season.
Unfortunately, we have had some major issues with our previous provider and, we understand there has been supporters that have been let down in a huge way by this supplier when it comes to orders placed. Could I please ask anyone effected to email me on simon@es-fc.co.uk with the issue, order number, item ordered, the date ordered, and the club will get these forwarded on and work on getting a resolution to the order.
On a more positive note, we are delighted to welcome some new faces to the Shire family to bolster an already progressive core of players, the future looks bright. We will also in the coming weeks be launching our new membership schemes such as Junior Shire, Shire Black and White and Shire Gold, with some other membership ideas in the pipeline.
We had a fantastic afternoon at Shire Fest on Sunday. A huge thank you to all that attended but a special thank you to Stuart Blackwood for organising such a great event, the talented artists that played and Icons for hosting. We are really looking forward to taking this onto the next level with a potential festive edition being spoken about (watch this space)
We will soon be able to announce some progressive new additions behind the scenes with our partnership with ES Galaxy and community engagement at the forefront of our new board development.
Finally, the supporters of this club leave me in ore when it comes to their support, their passion and their love for what East Stirlingshire represents. I am left humbled and inspired by their acts and generosity and it is you who are the heart beat of this great club and, the reason why each season we strive for greater, on behalf of everyone at the club both on and off the field, thank you.
With the new season now kicking off and after a fantastic result last night, let’s get behind Pat and the boys and show everyone what East Stirlingshire means to so many.
